TEK-1003 series is applied to the parts that can’t go through the reflow oven and wave soldering or the post-welding process of heat-sensitive parts, and tries its best to reach the stable welding quality, high-efficiency working hours and the lowest downtime. The products use the soldering set with automatically feeding solder paste and automatically breaking the solder paste to effectively prevent the solder explosion.
